At the meeting, Deputy Minister Nguyen Ngoc Lam highly appreciated Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Yen’s outstanding scientific achievements in the semiconductor field, reflected in her prestigious international awards, as well as her dedication to high-tech development in her homeland.
Deputy Minister Nguyen Ngoc Lam affirmed that the Ministry of Public Security always attaches importance to attracting intellectual resources from overseas Vietnamese experts to serve the goal of building a modern, self-reliant security industry that is proactively integrated internationally.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Yen expressed her appreciation for the vision of the Ministry of Public Security’s leadership and affirmed her commitment to contributing her expertise and connecting advanced technological resources to support Vietnam in developing key scientific fields.
In a spirit of trust and openness, the two sides discussed directions for strategic cooperation to fully leverage the capabilities of experts and technology enterprises in the research and development of advanced technical solutions, as well as solutions for building and protecting critical databases, thereby contributing to the creation of a “steel shield” for national security in the digital age.
