At VSAP Lab, we believe that technological advancement must go hand in hand with social responsibility. Alongside our mission to build Vietnam’s first lab-fab for advanced semiconductor packaging, we are equally committed to contributing positively to the communities around us—especially those facing hardship.
Following a short internal fundraising initiative, the entire VSAP Lab team came together with a shared purpose: to support children affected by severe flooding in Phú Yên, an area that has since been administratively reorganized as part of Đắk Lắk Province. What began as a simple call for solidarity quickly turned into a powerful collective effort. In just a brief period, all 20 members of VSAP Lab participated wholeheartedly, raising a total of VND 48.7 million.
This contribution was not only a financial effort, but also a reflection of the compassion and unity that define our team culture. Each donation carried a shared hope—to bring warmth, encouragement, and reassurance to children whose daily lives have been disrupted by natural disasters.
On December 19, 2025, representatives of VSAP Lab personally delivered gifts and essential supplies to the children of Hòa Thắng Kindergarten, located in the flood-affected area. The visit was filled with genuine emotion, smiles, and moments of connection that reminded us why community engagement matters. For the children, these gifts represented care and support during a challenging time. For the VSAP Lab team, the experience reinforced the importance of empathy and human connection beyond our professional roles.
While the scale of this activity may be modest, its meaning is profound. It demonstrates that even in highly specialized, technology-driven industries like semiconductors, people remain at the heart of everything we do. Innovation, after all, is not only about advanced processes and cutting-edge equipment—it is also about building a better, more compassionate future together.
At VSAP Lab, we view corporate social responsibility not as a one-time activity, but as a long-term commitment. As we continue to grow and contribute to Vietnam’s semiconductor ecosystem, we aim to actively participate in initiatives that support education, resilience, and community well-being—especially for children, who represent the future of our society.
