Closing a year marked by strong efforts and meaningful milestones, on December 27, 2025, VSAP Lab held its Year End Party 2025 in a warm, friendly, and emotional atmosphere. The event brought all VSAPers together to look back on the journey of the past year, strengthen team bonds, and move forward collectively toward bigger goals in the year ahead.
Inspiring Messages from the Leadership Team
At the event, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Yen – Chairwoman of VSAP Lab delivered a thoughtful and inspiring speech, sharing the long-term vision and core values that VSAP Lab remains committed to, while also recognizing the dedication, creativity, and unity demonstrated by the entire team throughout the year.
Following her remarks, Mr. Nguyen Bao Anh – CEO of VSAP Lab reviewed the key milestones achieved in 2025 and emphasized the strategic directions for the coming period, guided by the spirit of “doing real work – going far – moving forward together.”
A Space for Connection – Where VSAPers Shine
Year End Party 2025 was not only a year-end review but also a true space for connection, where every VSAPer could be their authentic self:
- Queen & King of the Night voting, featuring outstanding outfit awards and creating joyful, laughter-filled moments.
- A series of impressive in-house performances by VSAPers, showcasing diverse formats such as an emotional duet, a refined harmonica solo, and a lively group dance performance titled “Three Little Frogs,” energizing the entire venue.
- Intellectual games and team-building activities, fostering stronger bonds, mutual understanding, and a powerful sense of teamwork.
Looking Back at 2025 – Moving Toward Major Goals in 2026 and Beyond
Beyond the celebration, the event also served as an opportunity for VSAP Lab to seriously reflect on the journey so far and to discuss solutions and priorities for the coming year and the long term. Key focus areas include:
- Completing the VSAP Lab headquarters building and putting the Lab–Fab facility into operation, featuring multiple high-standard cleanrooms.
- Thorough preparation for the Grand Opening Ceremony, scheduled for June 2026.
- Official operation of the Chip-on-Substrate production line, progressively mastering advanced packaging technologies.
- Completing the registration of at least four intellectual property (IP) assets in key markets, including the United States, Vietnam, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, and Europe.
- Implementing R&D projects in line with VSAP Lab’s technology roadmap toward 2030, with a focus on advanced packaging, chiplets, and foundational technologies for Vietnam’s semiconductor ecosystem.
Year End Party 2025 concluded in an atmosphere of warmth, trust, and positive energy. Above all, it stood as a testament to a united VSAP Lab team—ambitious, resilient, and ready to embark on a new chapter with bigger goals, greater challenges, and even more opportunities ahead.
